It sounds obvious, but you'd be surprised how often crucial information gets delayed or missed simply because we're trying to reach you on an old phone number or emailing an address you haven't checked in months.


For Landlords

When we need to contact you about maintenance issues, compliance matters, or tenancy updates, time is often of the essence. A blocked drain at 8pm on a Friday or an urgent safety inspection doesn't wait for you to check that old email account. Having your current mobile number, preferred email, and even a backup contact means we can keep you informed and get decisions made quickly—protecting both your property and your investment.

We also need to know if your address has changed for sending statements, legal correspondence, or important documents that require your signature. HMRC and local authorities won't accept "my agent had the wrong address" as an excuse for missed deadlines.
