Wendy Whittaker-Large and Andy Large set up Best Nest Properties in 2016 to manage their own property portfolio in Crewe and Stoke-on-Trent. Within a few months other people asked them to manage their Crewe and Stoke properties too and the business began to grow.
With years of property investing experience, their valuable knowledge and expertise in the local area of Crewe, Stoke-on-Trent and the surrounding areas, and their specialised knowledge of HMOs has enabled Best Nest Properties to become the area's premier HMO and home lettings agency.

Wendy Whittaker-Large
Sales and Lettings Director
Wendy is an award winning property investor and HMO specialist who has had articles featured in prominent HMO publications. She is the author of two Amazon best selling books, is a regular speaker at property events, has her own You Tube channel and podcast, runs a very successful HMO mentoring programme and has recently been a spearhead for the HMO Action Group. Within Best Nest, she oversees the lettings and acquisitions side of the business and works with investors and landlords to maximise the return on their investments.

Andy Large
Operations Director
Andy's background is in IT and banking where he was a senior programme manager for some of the world’s biggest banks. Having left the world of commercial finance he now focuses on the overall strategy and direction of the business and ensures that our systems and compliance are robust.

Annabel Stapleton
General Manager
With a background in teaching, Annabel has learnt the business from the ground up and is now our general manager, leading the day to day operations of the business. She manages the lettings team and oversees areas of compliance and regulation. She will be your first port of call if you are looking to let your property with us.

Ruta Mehroke
Compliance and Lettings Negotiator
Ruta's background in banking ensures that our compliance processes such as deposits, licences and safety checks are proactively managed. She works as part of the lettings side of the business, dealing with tenant viewings, move-ins and move-outs.

Roxi Zabik
Sales and Lettings Negotiator
Dealing with valuations, sales and some lettings, Roxi juggles the sales and lettings side of the business. She will be your first port of call when you are looking to sell or buy a house, and will guide you through the process. She is also involved in the day to day side of lettings carrying out viewings and helping with move-ins and move-outs.

Kimberley Kenyon
Sales and Lettings Coordinator
Kimberley manages our front of house operations. She coordinates viewings, liaises with sellers, buyers, tenants and landlords - all in a day’s work! As well as taking care of our clients and customers, Kimberley ensures that our marketing materials, office displays and information is up to date.

Grace Gozarin
Admin Assistant
Grace is our part-time assistant who oversees our contractor invoicing system. She also manages other specific remote systems that enable your properties to run beautifully.

Jackie Moss
Accounts Manager
Jackie ensures the finances of the business run smoothly and that the accounts are up to date and accurate. She is a self-employed bookkeeper and accountant and is also a landlord.
